We had an amazing stay. Jennifer was available to help in every single aspect she could from where to eat, entertain and transportation. Martha and the other staff went out of their way to make sure we had to great time on our vacation and it felt like home. Our meals were cooked fabulously and at the exact time we wanted them. Our laundry was done daily and the house was always cleaned. If we had a concern we addressed it was taken care of immediately. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here in the future bringing others to join us and experience such a wonderful time. Thank you Jennifer, Chip, Martha and the rest of your staff.

Great layout, great views

Loved the view of the river and dunes outside the kitchen window. Perfect layout in my opinion and a quick walk to downtown Florence. You can even get to go through Exploding Whale Memorial Park. Right off of the backyard.

Enjoyed our stay in Florence, OR. The home was well kept & full of amenities….Games, movies, local entertainment brochures, a cozy fireplace & lots of room for a family to spread out! Located along the river, adjacent to a city park/walking path. Easy driving access to the town of Florence &/or the beach.

Nice house for group but slow response from owner

I had to reach out for check in details a day before leaving for the trip after being told they'd be available 3 days prior, and had to get VRBO involved to get a response. The property was as advertised, with the exception of a broken toilet seat that left me concerned about being charged for this situation. My communication about this issue went unanswered by the property owner (a management company) until after I'd checked out and left town. Very poor response time if you need anything from the manager of this property.

Beautiful Views!

This property was absolutely wonderful! Situated in a private setting overlooking the river, it was truly a little oasis. The house is a charming older home impeccably kept up and very clean. We were only here for one night, but will definitely be putting this house on our list for a return stay, longer next time.

Neat house!

We really enjoyed this house and the town of Florence. The house was cool- almost retro. We loved the back porch. Very secluded and private. Eat at The Little Brown He - delicious breakfast.

Best of the best house.

Out of the many many homes we’ve stayed in, this is by far our favorite. It’s our second stay and with the first stay, I was able to meet the owner and get a tour and history of the house prior to staying there. Love everything about it. Lovely house on the river

To the manager, This is a very fine, well stocked house in a great location. However, the shower/tub on the main level needs a non-slip mat. It is VERY slippery. Also, not sure about the dishwasher pods. It said Finish on them, as if they were rinse pods. Dishware didn't seem to get totally clean even tho the washer cycle was very long. Otherwise, everything went well.

Great house layout and well equipped

We stayed in this house with one other family while attending a nearby basketball tournament for our kids. The house is laid out well with the bedrooms having enough separation to have quiet for everyone. The view from the kitchen/dining room is beautiful. We weren't able to take advantage of the firepit or walk to the river due to the weather during our trip, but it looked like it would be a lot of fun. There are a lot of stairs so this may not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues, but we found it to be very cozy and perfect for our needs.

Great location

This place was well stock in the kitchen. The beds were average 7/10. The location was excellent, a short walk out the back to sit by the river and watch the local fishermen pull out there crab pots. It was about a 20 minute walk to old town to enjoy 1 of the many fine restaurants located down there. Would definitely stay at this house again.
