My husband and I stayed at Tilajari Hotel Resort & Conference Center for one night to celebrate his birthday, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The property is beautiful, with a kind of vintage charm surrounded by lush greenery that made our stay feel serene and relaxing. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi, which was incredibly soothing after a long day.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or tennis courts due to heavy rain, but we were prepared for that since it’s just the season. Despite the weather, the grounds remained stunning.
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Gustavo, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant staff were also kind, although the food wasn’t the highlight of our stay.
That said, I do have to caution future guests—this hotel does not offer room service. I had planned a special surprise for my husband with a bottle of wine and cake in our room after enjoying the jacuzzi, but the staff couldn’t accommodate my request. If you’re considering Tilajari for a special occasion and need room service, you might want to rethink your plans.
