”Clean And cheap hotel. The straff was friendly, but did not allways understand what we asked. The free shuttle to citycenter And the Airport was great as it was about 10 minutes drive from center. The rooms were clean, but that was it. Not anything extra. We stayed for two days to go on a day trip to Komodo national park, And for that purpose it was Okay! ”

”Pool area is the best in this hotel, very nice. Hotel is right at the beach but the beach is so dirty that you don't really wanna go there. staff is very polite and the breakfast was good. For what I could see none of the rooms had balcony - had I stayed here longer than just one night it would have been a big minus.”

”The pool is great, the food is first class, rooms clean and mine had a great view. Bathrooms spacious and functional. Only issue was they were out of almost all spirits the whole time we were there. Even the special cocktail of the day, no one knew how to make. I also ordered a whiskey sour (off the drinks menu) and got a shot of Jack Daniels. It's not a big deal, it was still a wonderful stay, just need to address that minor point. ”

”Nous sommes arrivés à la date à laquelle nous avions réservé, mais nous n’étions pas attendus, et notre chambre était « occupée ». Du reste, que peu de choses etaient conformes à la description, car nous n’avions ni articles de toilette, ni télé (même si inutile), ni serviettes... Mais la personne qui nous a reçus à avant toute chose cherché à nous vendre ses services alors que nous n’avions rien demandé. Pas hyper rassurés par l’endroit, que peu de taxis connaissent, d’autant plus que la porte...

”Habíamos reservado y pagado una noche en este hotel hacia 2 meses. Cuando llegamos nos dicen que esta todo completo, y nos quieren ofrecer una habitación en otro hotel de calidad inferior. Al protestar y no aceptar estas condiciones, no comentan de otro hotel de calidad equivalente al Cahaya prometiéndonos que tiene lavabo interior. Al llegar al mismo hotel, comprobamos que el lavabo no es interior en un lugar como Labuan Bajo con riesgo de malaria. Al volver a protestar a la propietaria,...
