”The carpet in my room was soaking wet around the AC, I called the front desk and they told me maintenance was not working until next day If I wanted to change rooms I needed to pack everything up at 9 o’clock in the night Go downstairs to pick up another key Because nobody could even bring me the key to my room”

”Front desk is closed from 11 pm to 7 am, and there cards as stated when I checked in the first time get de magnetified very easily, so I got locked out one night and couldn’t get into my room until 7 am . Room was decent , but not in a very nice area of Orlando and had many homeless people and sketchy people all around the perimeter . ”
