”Hotel rooms were very clean and nice; staff was friendly & communicated well; parking was easy; had my mom’s 90th birthday celebration in the Symposium Room and it went beautifully-the room was gorgeous, and the food served from Marcelo’s was excellent, as well as the staff that worked the event! 5 star experience all the way! ”

”This hotel room was meh. I stayed here when I was in Orlando recently for a concert for 2 nights . The good things were it was clean, the a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. There was no microwave in the room but there was a mini fridge which I had to move to another outlet for it to work. The tv did not work so they took the batteries out of the remote. I got there around 3;30pm and the lobby door was locked. It took a few minutes for someone to see me and 2 other women waiting for...
