”We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to...

”Alot could be down with the property but isn't. Our fiart issue was the door not looking. It is a large older space that the looks of the inside makes you feel like there should be bugs but we never did see any. We did however sleep with the cooler in front of the door despite my husband having gottwn his tools out and fixing the lock himself.”

”The building needs major repairs! The hallways on the first and second floors were hot. Housekeeping and others fanned themselves as they walked through. We were told the HVAC unit was “in need of repairs.” They remained the same temperature all five days. The elevators were down one day. People checking in had to carry luggage upstairs. The property is not properly secured as someone was able to pull the fire alarm at 5am and at 6am the same morning. Everyone rushed downstairs in case of a fire...
