”The place is ok. Older, very basic. The place is on the beach, but the beach is not swimmable. I would not stay here for a week, fine for an overnight stay. ”

”Loved the patio furniture available for use. Nice shade trees. There was a problem with the sewage hookup when we arrived but the property manager was quick to help us. Some cute plants and decorations. Right across from the pool and hot tub. Perfect location ”

”I loved this place!! It was very clean, and the scenery was beautiful. I like that you can have your boat right there where you are. Having the golf cart was a nice addition to go to the pool and just to ride around. Next time i will stay a full week 4 days was just not enough. LOLI will definitely be back. Thank you to Kim & Dennis for being such great host. ”

”We enjoyed our stay here, although units are older and do need some sprucing up.It was nice to have a beach onsite, as well as a heated pool, the use of (older) bikes and kayaks. We were only a few miles from the action of Islamorada, including restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, breweries”

”This property has everything you need for your vacation. The housing was unique and had an ocean view. The property has bikes, kayaks, a place to dock your boat or jet skis, tennis/pickleball court, pool, etc. The bathrooms in the property need an upgrade but management said they are doing those upgrades now. We will be back to stay again. ”
