”This condo was on the Gulf beach side with great access to the pools, lazy river, and beach. The location of the condo is right next to the end of the strip so it's quieter and very family friendly. In addition, the host is wonderful and has so much helpful info. Great experience, would return!”

There was a little bit of trouble (outside of our or the owner’s control) with check in, but throughout that whole process, the owner was communicating clearly with us and was super gracious in helping us figure out what would be best. ”We've stayed at this property twice now. Overall, we enjoy the unit and location. This time, it was Spring Break which meant it was VERY busy (we got lucky and only waited about 1 hour for check-in, it was MUCH worse later). Would suggest staying here, but trying to avoid Spring Break weeks.”

”Good location, good views, comfortable stay. We walked to the beach almost every day. It takes about 7-10 minutes. We also walked to Walmart to pick up some groceries. It's about a 10 minute walk away. Notice: The shuttle doesn't run on Monday and Tuesday! Plan accordingly.”

”Beautiful clean condo. Ten minute walk to beach and dining spot. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Restaurants and shopping near by with all the activities available at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We would stay here again.”

”It actually has hottubs and you can share the property pools with the Hilton. Only 5 floors so very convenient to the beach.”

”House was great. Management was great. The water part was not open and was not told is before booking the property. That was a let down and caused frustration, but over all we 13 adults and 2 children enjoy the property and would recommend it.”

”There was absolutely no storage in the rooms, couldn't hang any clothes out of the suitcase. The pool with the swim up bar should be adults only. Beach was beautiful and well kept. ”

”Wonderful family vacation! Lots of space, close to the beach and the pool. Would like to have hand rails in baths/showers since my mother and aunt were vacationing with us, but that’s not a complaint just a suggestion. Pool was awesome. Close to pier park and many restaurants. Could not have been better!”

”We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”

”I would give it a 5 star all around but there are a few thing I didn’t like, the stay was great, the wharf town nearby was amazing (expensive tho), the whole neighborhood was amazing, the complementary bicycle rentals are a must! And the view from my room was exceptional. One of the thing I didn’t like was the fees that you have to pay additional to your stay, cleaning fee per stay, resort fees per night and incidental hold per night… its been a couple of days since I checked out and still...
