I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed.
It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine.
There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
”The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again. ”

”What an exceptional facility! I was welcomed with warm smiles upon arrival. The decor of my room was truly inspiring. The cleanliness and refreshing aroma of lemon slices invigorated my spirit.”

The only thing that could have been better for us was the bathtub/shower didn't work exactly right but wasn't necessarily bad. It just took a second to get the temperature to stay right.
