- Capacity: The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes one private bedroom, plus two sofa beds, one that converts into a king-size bed and the other into a queen-size bed.

This enormous daylight apartment is a private walkout on the basement/terrace level below our single family home. The terrace is a private apartment, fully accessible, to guests, as well as all outdoor areas at the rear of the home.
