- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC

Outside area :
- A 3 m² balcony with furniture and a view of the mountains to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market, all within a 100 m radius. And for winter sports fans, the ski slopes are close by, as is a shuttle bus service.

Activities :
- In winter, the Diamant ski area offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing, Yooner and Biathlon lessons. But there are plenty of other activities too, including themed trails and orienteering courses, and last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot-air balloon ride!

- In summer, come and enjoy the beach at the Flumet lake, discover the 30 mountain bike trails, abandon yourself on the 300 km of signposted hiking trails, set off on a trail or climbing course at the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
