Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and a mezzanine floor mattress (ideal for one adult or two children)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a sofa.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A communal garden in the residence with play area for children.

The flat is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
