”Das Chalet hat eine perfekte Lage an einem Berghang ca. 100 m über Elm. Die Kombination aus urigem Hütten-Teil mit Schlafzimmern, Esszimmer und Küche mit einem moderneren Teil mit Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer ist super. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.”

”We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice.”

”We loved our stay at this little farm cottage built in the 1700s. So much charm and authenticity! The brand new kitchen had everything we needed. Views of the alps from the windows were breathtaking. The owners live in the attached cottage and speak terrific English. They are extremely helpful. My only recommendation to them is that they perhaps place some slipcovers over the two sofas in the living room of the cottage since they are a little musty and dusty. We loved the village of Rofels and...

”Ein wunderbarer Ort um kurz abzuschalten. Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr heimelig. Der gesamte Garten ist eingezäunt für Hunde/Kinder und es hat sehr bequeme Liegestühle. Es liegt zwar direkt an der Strasse, wenn man aber hinten raus sitzt und die Schlafzimmer hinten raus hat ist es absolut kein Problem. Gerne wieder!”

”Apartment was very clean, spacious and as described on web. Communication with host very prompt and clear. Pleased we chose to be in Felsberg as only 5 min train into Chur in a quiet location.”

”Wunderschöne Lage, gemütliche Stube, gut ausgerüstete Küche, da die Innenräume der Restaurants noch geschlossen waren, haben wir gerne gut gekocht. Super Pfannen! Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Schöne neue Sauna. Die ganze Wohnung kleiner als erwartet und im 2. Badezimmer Dusche kaputt. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.”

”We travelled with 11 people. From grandparents to 5 kids age 11-14 yrs old. Raffael & Mona’s place was great! Our family truly enjoyed our stay. From the woodstove to the great sound system to relax to. Also walk to some local wineries to pick up a few wines. Raffi was a great host and was always available. Such a unique home. Thanks for having us. ”

”Das Haus war sehr schön, sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Küche mit allem gut ausgestattet. Terrasse und Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell erreichbar. Mühsam waren die Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation mit der Agentur, ein Problem, das sich erst nach der Ankunft lösen ließ. Sonst war alles prima.”
