”Bathtub need refinishing. Breakfast none ”

”This is an extremely comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay minutes outside Nashville, TN. You will find a pool, small but nice gym, and that the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, you will find the flatscreen tvs in the room are not smart TVs, therefore no streaming services are available but there is cable channels with crisp picture. Very quiet and close to upscale and well cared for properties, a Publix, Chic-fil-a, and Shell gas station extremely close...

”Clean room, paint pealing, remote was barely staying together. Parking not hard as long as not too many cars. Pretty tight squeeze. Needs upgrading. Bathroom sink not in the bathroom.. weird. Free breakfast was next to nothing. For the price, I was quite disappointed. ”

”Besides a random family that complained about us being loud even though we were asleep and being called by front desk over and over even though we were asleep the hotel was nice and had everything we needed.. ”

”The staff was very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel. They also think it's ok to put young kids in a room by themselves.”

”Leaking toilet. Food particles on furniture. Very little hot water. A pill of some sort was left on the dresser. Likely will not stay again.”

”The room was dusty, bathroom door wouldn't close. The bathroom was dirty. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people. The bathroom was remodeled poorly.”

”We were really excited to stay, but were sadly disappointed. The pool was very chilly. And the rooms and hotel were very run down. I know they were working on updates, but everything was very worn out and in bad condition. We could hear the people in the rooms next to and above ours so easily that we could hardly sleep even with a sound machine on. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but I would not stay again due to the other issues.”

”There was a $5 per day self parking charge that is included with every room. This was not disclosed by Expedia, nor was it mentioned by the staff at check-in. When I called them on this matter, they comped the charge. However, this is a deceptive practice that obscures the actual cost of the hotel room, a key factor in selecting the property. On top of that, the hotel uses grey water for landscaping and the spots it left on my car from watering the plants in the parking lot were so bad a car...

”There is literally nothing but a room, but at least they keep it clean. ”

”We were a late minute find a hotel for the night. It was convenient, decently priced, safe area and near other hotels/restaurants. It was clean, and they seem to be newer owners. Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds.”
