âPerfect place for one night away with our kids. We ended up having dinner there as we got 4 drinks vouchers at check-in. Free breakfast buffet was a hit as we stayed here before departing on an international flight. Only 25min from Coolangatta airport away. It was perfect for us. Free parking is always a plus :) Happy customersâ

âStaff was very friendly and helpful, they really know what they are doing. Environment was really beautiful and in good shape. Rooms were clean and nice. Only the lightning was a bit too dark. Breakfast was also very good quality and taste. Parking hall was very practical. This is a place easy to recommend.â

âOur stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a very unpleasant check-in experience.
The front desk lady who checked us in never smiled once and appeared unhappy and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that her attitude seemed noticeably different when serving other Western guests. She was warm and welcoming to them, but cold and dismissive toward us as Asian guests.
In addition, several reasonable requests were immediately rejected....

âThe lady I dealt with at reception was so kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. Perfect location and in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again. The outside of the property was a bit unassuming however itâs not really a big deal.â

âHotel is very nice and clean, beds are awesome with Pillows that I can't find in shops, we had a sea view room, which was well worth it. But for some reason the room had no heating option, and with 14 deg evenings in Winter this was on the borderline of comfort.â
