The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. ”Clerk gave me a room key envellope marked 2013 for room 1013 and when I came back saying key did not work in 2013, he said loudly I told you to forget what it said and to go to 1013. Room had no glasses or paper cups, there was not even a continental breakfast. No shampoo in bathroom. 2 tiny soap cakes. Halls and stairs are really old and somewhat scarry. On the plus side, the room itself was clean and the bed was excellent but overall rating would be 2 on 5!”
