”Wonderful hotel, among the best I've stayed at worldwide. Excellent hotel restaurants and thoughtfully designed, comfortable rooms. Superbly sited for exploring Cambridge/Harvard and Boston in general. The only flaw is the conspicuous lack of a food safe mini fridge for leftovers and/or beer. Minibar only, in the year of our lord 2025? A comparatively minor quibble; I hope to return.”
”Very clean and modern room, albeit for 2 persons it would be on the smaller side. A corner window with light-blocking curtains, very good bed. In the bathroom there was a shower, surprisingly also equipped with a handheld shower (which is uncommon in USA but as a Finn I always miss that).”

”The hotel is clean and has a nice design. The shuttle service e.g. to Harvard square is handy although it does not return between 3.40-6.40 pm. Breakfast is great for American standards. Extra bed in three person room was surprisingly good. Biggest problem is the bar in the middle of atrium. If your room in by that atrium hole (ours was in 11th floor), you will hear A LOT of noice.”

”Getting in and out was seamless. It's extremely easy to rely on the codes/app to get in and out. If you ever needed any help there was always someone at the front desk -- even when our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight. You can tell that the hotel experience is built to happen exclusively between the guest and the app. But for anyone who isn't tech savvy, there were plenty of staff around happy to help. ”
”Bed, pillows & linens were comfortable! No towels in the room. Never asked about options, so be prepared or ask ahead. Staff was helpful and parking was excellent! The price was right, and the area great for dining, walking, though don’t expect the Ritz. If the property were more posh, the price would be too! There are very delicious options, Asia, Ethnic, Breakfast restaurants. Enjoy! ”
