She worked with us to get the same type of room that we thought we had reserved. Mimi should be recognized by her boss - she is a GREAT representative of what an employee SHOULD BE!!!”

”i was disappointed in the breakfast. website said it was hot breakfast. only thing hot was scrambled eggs (no meat) & waffles that you cook yourself. also, the shower was fixed so that you could not cut the shower off to take a bath. Other than that, it was a good stay. ”
