On the main level one of the home is a Living Area with comfortable seating, one of the two fully equipped kitchens, has a breakfast nook that looks over the pool, and a dining area. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom on this level has queen size set of bunk beds. The second guest bedroom on this level features a king bed. These two guest bedrooms share a full bath. There is a half bath and a laundry room on this floor for your convenience.

The second level of The Big Kahuna features an awesome space: A media room with eight theater chairs. Play video games (must bring your own console), watch football or a movie on the 86-inch flat screen tv. You can play hoops on the electric basketball game. Outside of the media room is a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa. If you don't feel like going to the main level, use the fully equipped kitchen on this level of the home. There are two bedrooms on this level. Each one features a king bed and futon, for extra sleeping.
