”There was only a kiosk for check-in. We were told to sit down until they were ready. We had pre-paid, all we needed was a key card. It took 15+ minutes & it was difficult to understand. ”

”Since it’s the only hotel in Glenwood Iowa, it’s pretty nice. They take very good care of it. It’s very clean. The rooms are pretty spacious and it was near a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again if I’m in town for a wedding.”

”We had two rooms. One of the rooms had water seeping up through the floor when you walked on it. The sheets and pillow cases were overly stained in both rooms. The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold. The bath/shower floors were extremely slippery and one of our kiddos fell while in the shower. One room smelled badly of cigarette smoke that our asthmatic kiddo had an issue, and the other room smelled...

”Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.”

”We stayed in a newly renovated room and the front desk attendant explained that the contractor was going back through some of the rooms to catch anything unfinished. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and has reasonable prices. This hotel is conveniently located to the Offut Air Force Base and has direct access to a nice bike path that we used during our three night stay. This hotel provided the best stay for the money on our eight nights of travel.”

”Charged me a$30 deposit which I never got back,charged me an additional $50 damage fee for the sheets getting dirty from an accident.Staff threatened to call the police on me.Will not stay here again $238 for a crappy hotel is ridiculous”

”Nice overnight hotel. Great staff. Clean room. Nice shower. Easy check in and out. Unfortunately the hot tub was being repaired — would have been nice after a long day of driving.”

”A staff member entered my room without knocking at 11:30 at night while I was in bed. He said he didn't know the room was occupied. About 20 minutes later, a different staff member knocked and demanded I come down to the front desk and re-check in saying they had a mistake in their computer. At nearly midnight, I had to get dressed and go back downstairs to the lobby and check in all over again. Also, the room had dirty bed sheets and the fridge had not been cleaned out and had leftover...

”I would like to give a big thank you to Jess and another lady, we didn’t get her name. The 7-3, 3-11 shift. Jess and co-front desk agent were very helpful and gave a lot of great advice for sight seeing. Jess informed us on how to have a better experience at the zoo. Thank you for making our stay more organized and less stressful. The room was clean, the air conditioner work great, the fridge also worked+++. The shower head could use a good cleaning (hint). The toilet was loud but manageable...

”We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t...

”Upon arriving around 4:45pm, they were still actively cleaning the rooms we were assigned(requested adjourning rooms). We waited roughly 30 minutes before we could get into our rooms. Once in the rooms, the floors weren’t swept the best and sheets smelled cleaned, but had some stains and there was a dark, coarse hair on one bed. I called and talked to the front desk and they sent the cleaning ladies up and they promptly got new sheets for the beds. The pool was okay. Breakfast the next morning...

”We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there.
