”1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card.
2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited.
3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded.
4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn.”

”One of the worst Best Western's I have been to. Long check in line. staff was unhelpful. Door lock did not work. Locked out of room several times. Breakfast was terrible and mostly gone by 8:00 even though it was supposed to be opened much later.”

”The whole vibe felt very nostalgic, might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I enjoyed it. Room was sufficient for our needs. It was pretty central to get anywhere. Rode some bikes, hit the parks and did some thrifting. Would stay again.”

Comfortable bed, room needed some updating but overall good for price range.
Breakfast a bit disappointing. Scrabbled eggs tasted like made from powder and sausage just average. Fruit ( apples and oranges) edible but not fresh.
Stayed 3 days and ate cold cereal and bagel the remaining 2 days. Limited coffee also. ”
