We've recently moved and decided to keep our lake home for others to enjoy!

Visit this beautiful lakefront cottage for year round family enjoyment! With 75' of private lake front - this is a little slice of heaven. If you enjoy kayaking, fishing (both ice and open water), sturgeon spearing, EAA Air Venture, morning coffee and beautiful sunrises, this is the vacation home for you!

This lakeside home features four bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 9 adults. Our newly remodeled kitchen offers all the amenities of home. Two full bathrooms accommodate the entire family.

Located less than 20 miles from the EAA grounds, the Outlet Mall, Lakeside Park, and many wonderful restaurants, breweries, and area attractions!

With owners who live nearby, if we can help make your vacation more memorable, we're here for it!

  • So many different scenes in this park area. Other than some of the state parks in Wisconsin, this one has to be one of the best, public parks in the state. Free Wi-Fi, kids rids that are very affordable and close to the lake for a nice day out with the family. Plenty of parking, plenty of picnic areas, shade and just overall great park features. Many photographers end up here for photo shoots and there is a good reason for that as you can see.

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Winnebago. We utilized the kayaks, spent time fishing, playing outdoor games and sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Excellent location and property is kept up well and clean. We enjoy coming back each summer.

Quiet getaway

Check in was great and a welcome relief (after driving through Chicago traffic) of seeing a wonderful property with a view from the get-go. Having the small sand area was fantastic for the littles to easily step their feet in some sand and water. For being relatively busy lake, it was still peaceful. The patio and yard space were awesome! Great local restaurants and sites within 20 minutes or less. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a family looking for a getaway.

Amazing Lake Rental

Incredibly clean house with absolutely everything you would need for your stay and more. Beautiful lake view, the kayaks included were very much enjoyed by our entire family for the entire week. The hosts could not have been more accommodating for our stay. If ever we were to return to Wisconsin, we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this cottage!!!

Great family vacation!

My family (from Ohio) and my husband's sister's family (from Nebraska) met at this house for a wonderful 3-day trip. All the cousins had an absolute blast! There was so much to do right there on the property. The adults were able to relax because the kids were so busy and then exhausted from playing all day.

Summer @ Lake House

Had a great stay in a lake house @ Cozy Cottage. Sarah the host was very attentive on a few basic questions with immediate response. Accommodations were great and easily fit our family. Large grass yard with mature shade trees offered comfort and privacy with access to the lake and kayaks onsite. Great big deck allowed for dinners outside and peaceful place to look out at the lake during the day.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cabin! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The yard was big and beautiful — perfect for hanging out and playing games. Our kids LOVED fishing off the pier and playing in the sand! Sarah family were super friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. Definitely would come back!

Perfect house for our Needs

This was the perfect house for the size of our family (7 adults). The lakefront location is beautiful. Check-in and checkout was very easy and owners were very prompt and professional in their communication. When we arrived, there was a non functioning appliance, and owner was able to get it replaced by the next morning. Very pleasant experience.

Superb!

We were a group of five longtime female friends who got together here for our annual knitting retreat. Such a lovely venue. It perfectly fitted and fulfilled our needs. Located at the southern end of lake Winnebago. It has a large deck where we watched the sun rise and the moon set over the lake. Photographic moments for certain! We will return again next year for this event!!! Kudos to the neighboring hosts!

Perfect!

We attended the home opener for the Packers. This place is about an hour north but it’s absolutely perfect! The pictures are exactly right. The house has everything you need. There is plenty of space for everyone. The yard is immaculately manicured. We had a fabulous time!!

Relaxing Lake House Getaway

This was our second year staying at this property and we were very impressed again. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake views, sunrises, kayaking, fishing and relaxing by the fire pit.
