La Casa de la Buhardilla – Rural House with Sierra Nevada Views in Fondón

Located in the heart of Fondón, in the Alpujarra Almeriense, La Casa de la Buhardilla is a spacious rural home for up to 12 guests—perfect for families and groups of friends seeking nature, comfort, and space to share.



The house is spread over three floors. The top floor features the Buhardilla, a cozy living room with sofas and direct access to a private terrace—ideal for relaxing at sunset, enjoying mountain views, or having a barbecue outdoors.



On the main floor, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. The ground floor offers a large dining area with a table for 12, a traditional fireplace adapted for grilling and cooking, foosball, and a lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, wood-fired oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, extra drinks fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, and plenty of cookware—designed for comfortable group cooking. There’s also a third full bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility.



High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, Smart TV with streaming services, heaters, fan, washing machine, books, and children’s toys are provided. A travel cot and extra bed are available on request.



The house is in the village itself, with supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, and other services just steps away. The area offers hiking trails, wine tourism, charming villages, and a wide range of cultural and natural attractions.



Pets are allowed for an additional fee (must stay on the ground floor and not enter bedrooms). Smoking is not permitted. Air conditioning is available. Private parking is on the same street.
