Ground floor
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

On the lower floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Wellness area with jacuzzi (sleeps 4) and sauna
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A 10 m² south-facing balcony
- A 20 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
