”Little gem of a Riad
A cute little Riad in a lovely location. Clean and well presented with a beautiful roof terrace.
We arrived and were presented with tea and biscuits which was a nice touch!
Staff are very friendly and helpful, our dealings were mainly with Rashid and Rizwan. They even suggested a change in room as they were aware of the noise of the building works outside our bathroom area- we didn’t even complain so that was superb.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a selection...

”Riad Les Hirondelles is a wonderful Riad with a great location and a cozy, homelike atmosphere. The room was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was always very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Only two things come in mind as improvement points: 1) The room door could not be locked and the safe in the room didn't work, so we had no place to store our valuables and just had to trust that the other guests won't enter our room. ”We spent here 5 nights and reallyreally enjoyed it. First impression of the tunnel to riad can give you little bit creepy feeling, and the front door would've been impossible to find without help from the riad (we had ride from the airport by riad) but when we got there it's absolutely amazing. So peaceful, and beatiful and staff is the best. They helped us with everything and anyway they could, and it was always with a smile and a welcome feeling. Choose this one, Patrick will take care of you....

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."
