”Property was double booked. Nearly impossible to communicate a refund as they are all French with little to no grasp of English !!! Had to use my bank to recover funds as a dispute. Luckily paid by credit card or my money was lost. Left me out of pocket and looking for a place to stay at 9pm. Difficult to locate property as it's not visible from the street. Not a good experience over all.”
