”Excellent location! Very chic, great light thru the windows and skylights. Super clean and well laid out. Very comfortable bedding. Every instruction needed is provided in linked videos that are extremely helpful, highly recommend watching before trying to open the door! Only tips are watch your toes on small, raised levels, bathroom, kitchen etc. Also, no need for gym, we got a great workout everyday climbing up the stairs, but well worth it for such an incredible location! Would stay again in...

”Fantastic apartment in an ideal location. The property is exactly as shown, clean, bright and spacious. Brilliant and quick communication with host also.”

”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”Studio is a great place to stay in Paris! Super convenient location and on the first floor (only up one set of stairs). Check-in is super easy, and key pick-up/drop-off is about an 8-minute walk from the apartment. There are a few things in the apartment that could use some repair (the bathroom door does not lock or fully close, and the kitchen faucet lever comes off). Great place to sleep when you want to spend the majority of time in the city.”

”Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

”La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

”It was not the kind of accommodation that I expected. We were close by the main door and the opening of the door can be heard through our room. People were coming and going. There is no view that can be seen from the place unless you go out of the street The refrigerator was also not working. The duvet or donna cover is old.”
