”Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos...

”La Bonne Planque is totally unique. Staying here was one of the best experiences we have had on our Europe trip. The setting right on the canal was beautiful and the perfect stop for cyclists on the Canal du Midi. Our host made us feel so welcome. We had delicious local food and wine for our evening meal and a lovely breakfast.”

We also took advantage of the opportunity to have a massage. All in all an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.”

”atroce... ils ne vous accueillent plus après 18h et le petit déjeuner est partir de 9H. si vous y aller pour affaire lieu à éviter à tout prix ! Chambre sale, literie inconfortable, accueil désagréable, pas de chauffage, pas de wifi et pas de tele. la totale !! sans compter prix exorbitant qui loin de valoir le prix du séjour !!! petit bonus, j'étais accompagnée de petites bestioles dans la chambre. Bref un vrai désastre. moi qui ai l'habitude des chambre d'hôte je n'ai jamais vu pire”
