”The hygiene at this hotel was genuinely concerning. Within minutes of getting into bed, I found a long blonde hair on the sheets — and I’m Asian, so it clearly wasn’t mine. When I checked out the next morning, I made a point of looking at the housekeeping staff on my floor, and none of them were blonde either, which makes me question when the sheets were last changed.
The pillows were worse. The first one I lay on had a distinct greasy, human-scalp odor, as if the pillowcase hadn’t been washed....

”This is a brand new facility that opened September 2025. It still smells to a new building smell. In fact our room floor had construction dust that has not yet been post construction deep cleaned. Our socks got dirty just by walking on the hardwood floors in our room. Pleasw see photos.
Upon our arrival, we noticed cup stains on the nightstand and when told the front desk, she replied "I'll take a note of that." That's it!
The complimtary hot water at the lobby was luckwarm and not hot enough to...
