”This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. Had to wake up at 4am to catch a flight. There was a prostitute coming in and out of an open room, homeless guy (very nice...

”I really liked this hotel, it’s a little difficult to come up with criticisms of it. The staff were really helpful, the room was clean and fairly nice although there were a couple of things in the room that were a little worn. One of the lamps shades looked a little crushed, and I think there may have been a tear in one of the seats. Other than that, it was quite decent.
Breakfast was nice and that it provided a lot of options, but I can’t say it was necessarily high-quality.”
