”We reserved the room as we were planning to swim both nights, but the pool was out of order. Looks like it has been for a while. Went to the room and pull sheets and covers off to check for bed bugs like I do where ever I stay and the beds looked like they had mechanic’s green all over them, but no bugs. Had to go down both days to get enough towels and wash rags for group. I haven’t stayed at a hotel in a while, so when we got back to the hotel and entered our room to see they never made up the...

”Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast bar had many options for a great start to our day. Location was central to our the activities we had planned.”

”The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel has a small gym but I never saw anyone in there and getting a hold of the desk assistance can be challenging.”

”We enjoyed our stay overall with one exception. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing well on our second day. Notified the front desk. They notified maintenance. Maintenance never came. Went back to the front desk multiple times and no one was present. We eventually had to use the restrooms on the main floor for the remainder of our stay. We checked out the following day. Other than the toilet issue our stay was great.”

”We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't...

”This is a really nice hotel. Very clean, very spacious and I will definitely recommend this to anyone right near the airport.”

”The front desk staff is very experienced. The location is still great as being close enough to the airport, downtown Detroit, Dearborn, and actual neighborhoods. Only had one issue with reclaiming a left item.”

”The room was clean, but the bedding didn't seem to be washed, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs before 9:00 AM. The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that.”

”The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. The pool was closed while we were there for cleaning, but we never saw anyone actually cleaning it and as far as the breakfast goes, it’s a bagel and a waffle or a bowl of cereal were not...

”Great stay for a family, we enjoyed our time there and their breakfast is much better than most hotels we've ever been too (been to at least a hundred). I highly recommend this hotel if youre traveling to Detroit!!”
