”Amazing ”

”The toilet was clogged when we got there and they just brought me a plunger to plunge it myself because it was after 6pm and there was no maintenance person on site at that time. The ventilation system was also very loud and we had trouble sleeping because of it. ”

”Do yourself a favour and avoid this property at all costs. This is not a hotel it feels more like a cheap motel. The room was absolutely unacceptable and clearly not properly cleaned. The bed felt dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh. There was someone’s hair on the bathroom counter, the shower had visible mould, and the shower curtain was filthy. There was also garbage left on the dresser, and when we opened the pullout couch, we found a used, dirty paper towel underneath. To make matters...

”No pool ”

”5 huge pot holes when you first pull in. Looked like they just slapped some paint in the halls and called it a day. Went to pull out the couch bed for my Children and the mattress was upside down absolutely no sheets on it. Stained all over the bed. AND looked like poop or something stuck on the mattress. (Family room) My mom was down the hallway in a different room. And there was a COCKROACH crawling on the desk. Will never book there again ”

”The pool was great but if you are bringing your kids to use the water slide make sure they are 48inchs tall or they cant use it found out the hard way and my son was very disappointed.the web site does not have this information when booking.”

”Quaint, clean property with easy parking, and cozy, wood-paneled dining room. We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. Did not have time to try the spa services, so can't comment there, but maybe next time. Would...

”If my daughter goes to Western, this will be my hotel of choice. The decor is beautiful. The people are so nice and kind the restaurant and the food are fantastic and it is connected to a ton of activities if you have other kids with you.”
