”We had the most fantastic 3 nights here, in the family glamping tents. This is as close to perfect as you could imagine! We only missed having a ceiling fan on the verandah, very hot and with no breeze cant sit outside, but thats all! We will be back :) ”

”The room was amazing for a family of four adults, we had everything we could possibly need and more. The room was so spacious, the laundry facilities were a highlight as we could do it at the end of the day without any drama. Bathrooms were brilliant, everything was just amazing. The only small complaint i would have were that the matresses were very hard. But apart from that, 10/10.”

”A nice clean room with a comfortable bed. The tub was heaveanly after a long day of trekking around daintree and cape tribulation. Tv had a great selection of channels. Plus for having a toaster in the room in addition to the fridge and water heater. After hours service was fast and helpful, both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The only downside would be that there's no free wifi.”

”We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The room had everything we needed, small kitchen, with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom was great, big walk in shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. There is a small swimming pool, which our son enjoyed. A covered outdoor kitchen with barbie for guests to use. There is also a laundry for guests. We didn't use these. The location is great, a 2 minute walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants, couldn't be better. The...

”By The Sea Port Douglas is a very friendly and excellent place to stay in Port Douglas. It’s location, right off 4 Mile Beach is very unique, and the staff, rooms and ambiance of the hotel made our stay there very enjoyable.”

”We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....

”We have stayed at Peppers in Port Douglas quite a few times and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and willing to go that extra mile with making suggestions for places to visit, activities and dining options. There is plenty to do in Port Douglas with including some wonderful Barrier Reef tours and some beautiful restaurants. The Rooms are always beautiful and clean with fresh bed linens and the beds are very comfortable. Can’t wait to return again .”
