”Meal was lovely, unfortunately no breakfast, or suggestions where to go. Room great,lots of lights, room, comfortable and great clean bedding. Nice big mirror in the bedroom too. Towels nice white and fluffy. Only negative is the noice from the road through the night, could do with improved glazing as it’s a main route for trucks ”

”My room was really cute and modern. Shower had hot water. Kitchen for everyone was a big plus ! Distance to city centre was fine and easy walk. Check-in was little bit difficult to open the box with long nails but it was okay.”

”It's a good property for budget stays”

”Great stay really quiet in the middle of nowhere which for us was great. Nature was all around us (rabbits everywhere) the only down side was the WiFi yes they are on copper cables but maybe they could do with a WiFi extender as we couldn’t get WiFi in our room but that does not detract from what a great place it was. ”

”I never received any check-in information from the guest house, and I had to call them twice before I could get in. All the keys were just hanging there in the lobby with no staff around, I could've gone into any room I wanted. Once that was done though, the room was nice if tiny, and the bed was comfy. Slept like a log. ”

”This property is immaculate with great facilities, the pristine kitchen area with free breakfast items is a really nice touch. The staff are very obliging and kept the breakfast items topped up. There is parking at the front and the property is on a bus route, with a stop just 200 yards away for easy access to the city centre. Overall a great choice and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.”

”From the moment you walk through the door to the point that you check out staff can’t do enough for you, they are attentive providing a warm welcome. The room is comfortable with a touch of luxury (Gosfield). The food in the restaurant is of a high standard. This really is a gem within the beautiful village of Great Yeldham ”

”The host is very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The accommodation is spacious with a separate bedroom and living room. In the morning, full English breakfast is served. There is a lovely pub nearby and there are good walks around the nearby lakes. All in all, great location and good value for money.”
