”This is a fantastic property to stay in. There were 3 of us (all adults) but we could easily have fit our partners as well and our young children.The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The kitchen/dining/living area is a nice big open space with lovely furniture that's great for family time, and the ducted air-conditioning/heating is a real bonus. Our stay could have been improved with better provisions - for instance, enough dishwasher pods to last...

”We were a family of 8 and the house was plenty big for all of us. It was excellent in all areas, clean, good location, easy communication with the host, etc. If there was a negative, and its only very minor, probably not even worth mentioning. But, there was not enough forks for everyone to use. We made it work by using spoons! I would highly recommend the Richardson for large groups of people and will definitely be back if we ever have another family event in Wagga Wagga!”

Good, clear and prompt communication from owner.Suggestions:Need to supply for kitchen wares (cups and cookware) as there were only 4 cups when we were a party of 5. Bbq needs fixing as it was not working properly on one side and very slow low heating. Board games would have been great if provided. ”
