”Comfy and spacious room”

”Staff was very attentive and cordial. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was very good- many choices and very delicious. Would definitely stay here again!”

”Clean, friendly reception & good location if you are going Ada. Great looking hotel with functional downsides. The flooring, doors & lobby area restaurant are quite loud unfortunately. Seemed to be no soundproofing between rooms. Earplugs may be helpful. Only slow EV chargers so pack your patience & plan accordingly for those who need that.”

”The DW was still running when I entered the room. WiFi was extremely poor and intermittent at best. Towels were hard/rough. TV was of poor quality. The toilet had low water pressure and every time the room above flushed it sounded like it was mine. The halls are poorly lit and the elevator is loud. Worst of all was the wolf spider that chased me from the bathroom! I now have PTS from that experience since I have an extreme fear of spiders! Never again.”

”The staff was friendly, the rate was very economical. When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working, the front desk puts on the first floor close to the desk & laundry. It was a little noisy because of this. We had trouble with our room keys not working, had to change out several times. We never received room service, had to exchange our towels for clean ones at the front desk. Never took part in free breakfast or pool. We have stayed here in the past, not the same. Location is good for shopping...

”Even the building is old, it is well maitained and clean, one of the best smelling lobby and hallway I've been to. Hotel is quiet not sure if it is becauae of good insularion or because we are at the end of the hallway. Continental breakfast is sufficient, love the biscuit and gravy and waffle maker.”

”Room I was given was on the first floor, I had requested second floor so that was rearranged immediately, great! However, that room wasn't cleaned well and smelled bad so I was quickly given another room which was better. Fridge wasn't great, took days to just cool some bottled water and "freezer" compartment was overflowing with frost. After 3 days I hadn't gotten any fresh towels and only had my wastebaskets emptied once so I complained to front desk. I was told they were short-staffed and...

”This was our first time ever staying at this hotel and it was wonderful and awesome experience and the decor is beautiful. We will recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.”

”We stayed at the property bc it is close to the airport. There were multiple high school boys sports teams there the weekend we were there.so the pool and workout room were completely full and not available for others to use and lots of running and yelling in the halls. There was only one working elevator so we took the stairs. The biggest issue was that there weren’t enough pillows. We had a king suite with 4 people and there weren’t any pillows for the trundle.
