”Check in was easy.
Rooms were ok. When we got out of the shower in the morning, there was a roach on the bed. When we went to the front desk to check out and tell them about the roach, no one there. Waited 10 minutes, called out for someone, finally called the hotel. Girl finally came out of a back room to answer the phone and I told her about the bug, but she was rude and said leave my number and the manager would call. Guess what? No call.
Won't be going back there again.”

”Our oldest daughter is a student at North Carolina Central University, so we stay here anytime we are visiting Durham from NY.
The hotel is in a great location and very safe area. Close to the highway but very quiet. There is a gas station across the street which is convenient. The hotel is very quiet but also family friendly. There is also free parking available
The rooms are always very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast offered is very good....
