”The carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here.”

”Excellent service with genuine warmth, the opposite of "corporate vibes". If something's not ideal, talking to the staff is all it takes to make it right. The beds are superb, which is my #1 consideration in a hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but since I wasn't spending a lot of time in the room, this wasn't a problem for me. The location is great for visiting Cornell and downtown isn't too far either.”
