”What a wonderful surprise to arrive at the Ocean Promenade. Our room was a large one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and fresh furnishings. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could watch the tides go in and out. The room was extremely clean and daily service was excellent. ”We stayed at this apartment with our young kids after a day at the aquatic centre. When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the rooms. The bathroom had several (pubic) hairs all around the baseboards and tub, toothbrush splatters on the mirror, unswept/mopped floors, etc. I wish I’d thought to take more photos. There were not enough towels, pillows nor blankets for our group. Thankfully, we packed a cooler with snacks since the kitchen is not equipped for meal prep. Perhaps worst...

”The bed was really comfy, the price was good at $130 a night. Came for softball tournament with my daughter. Staff was nice but hotel was really run down and didn't feel safe in the area. Lots of noise from the highway and thin walls so heard creepy guy upstairs with a hooker.
