”Very run down. Hot tub out of order. My room had a musty smoke smell and our floor hallway smelled like wet dog (a service dog was staying on our floor). We paid $278 a night for a one star hotel. Will not be returning!”

”The motel outside lawn looked rather unkept, the room was no smoking-but an old smoking aroma was in the air. Behind the door in the bathroom there was a hole in the door itself -it was duct taped over. Lighting in the bathroom sink/prep area was poor. Sorry not a great review but more attention is needed to make it a referrable location to stay.”

”Have stayed here a lot over the last four years. Seem to land on the 3rd floor a lot. (maybe try a higher floor) It seems lately the rooms aren't as clean and are starting to look tired. The room had a stale odor (312) And for the first time at check-in and the next morning the lobby had a sour smell like they cleaned carpets and left them too wet. To add to the whining, the food from the casino just wasn't prepared well. Hope they can get things spiffed up, I enjoy staying here. (June 8/9)”

”The room was spacious and very clean. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The room was very quiet as we did not hear others arrive during the night. Excellent breakfast with many choices to pick from. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no elevators to the second floor but the staff offered to help with luggage if we had been in need of help. Definitely would stay there again if the need arose.”

”Sheets had hair on them and the sink drain did not work. Check-in was strange with the clerk asking whether I had just made the reservation that day (I had not). Tall folks will need to duck under low-hanging light fixtures in the lobby. Walls are paper thin, you will hear your neighbors speaking in a normal conversational voice. Refrigerator door would not close and freezer badly needed to be defrosted. Breakfast ended early. Would not stay here again despite the convenient location.”

”Initial contact with the receptionist was good. She was helpful& kind. Verified our early-check in request promptly. With open availability, our hotel stay was upgraded from an economy room with a king bed to a room with the lake view on the 3rd floor with a king bed (with no extra fees to the room upgrade the receptionist offered us). 3rd floor hallway did have a funky smell to it, so if you have a sensitivity to smell, it may bother you. Thankfully, our hotel room didn't have that odor. The...

”The property and room were very well-maintained and clean. The building was quiet all night. Staff were friendly and helpful providing us with extra towels quickly when we asked. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing grand or showy. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi staying up way too late for our own good! My partner and I highly recommend and know we'll return for our next overnight escape from the chaos at home.”
