”Lucky to find this gem. The access to the private beach is for Port Franks' residents. Clean sand. Not crowded during our stay. Brings back fond memories of my teenage years.Lacked nothing and sleep well.By the way, Derek was a great help when we needed an allen wrench to tighten the handle bars on a bicycle.Keep up the great work Katie and Jim!!!”

”Everything about this VRBO was incredible!! Steve is an adept communicator, even though I never saw him during my stay - this privacy was appreciated. So was the clean, quiet, fresh space. Excellent proximity to groceries, LCBO & Lake Huron’s beauty! Thanks, again, Steve!”

”It was an amazing one night stay at the chateau with 5 rooms and ample space for luggage and all. It was quite, well lit with lots of natural light from the windows and a calm place to be with your family. I wish there were hand showers in the bathroom just to wash off the beach sand easily.”

The unit was tidy but the floors were not mopped, we had black residue on our socks and feet. The biggest disappointment was the balcony, we were not able to actually sit out and enjoy because it was so dirty and the furniture was very dirty and full of dead bugs on the seating. The unit is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were very...
