Entrance is sketchy - a lot of homeless , drugs user and dealers hanging around the area the entrance - constantly being harassed for money , people high

”Great old building in design and common area furnishings are appropriate with plenty of character. As for the room: Sure, the building is old and one doesn't expect a big room, but ours was too small; there was about one foot of space on two sides of the bed. Space to leave one suitcase open, but not two. Bathroom was small, as was the sink. The major problem in the room, though, was the owner's insistence on a period bed that required one to pole vault into it. There was a two-step stair left...

”Soap dispensers were empty. I requested replacement and never received one. Asked the second time the next day and the receptionist brought it to me and there were no other supporting staff to assist her.
