”Room was clean, but the noise from second floor feels like the people are literally in your room. The other concern, that your room number is pre-made before your arrival. From this point the host needs to do better planning how to accommodate. If there are people staying 2-3 nights and come earlier - make sense to put them on a second floor, so the one’s, who stay overnight and come at 2am will not bother with continuous nose while they unpacking stuff in the middle of the night. ”We liked everything about our stay. Breakfast room haf a very good variety of cooked food and pastries. It was great to see so many outlets and charging stations Only 2 things were off. The shower gel was empty. (We used the bar soap and left a note for housekeeping.) Also there were 3 empty vodka bottles behind the hair dryer. Otherwise....a great stay.”

”This hotel was great and so accomodating. Your front desk agents helped us setup some special (complimentary) amenities for a friend who was getting married that weekend. They assisted with printing things out, and putting a gift basket in her room as a surprise. Really great customer service! and pet friendly!”

Room has an environmental unit, iron w/ board, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blow dryer; all work. Ice machine by office and continental breakfast with many off-site locations to eat. Room was clean and had more than needed lighting; many options depending on the mood desired. This will be my first stop when I visit Chico...

”The route was poorly lit for night time check in. The water was not hot. While the staff was pleasant they were unable to give us hot water prior to our check out and offered their apologies. They should have offered a discount since on our second day we were unable to shower before our departure. I question if I would stay there again.”
