My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem.The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia. ”Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die sichere Lage, sehr zentral an den Einkaufsstraßen, sauber und ordentliche Gegend, nahe beim Taxistand und Busbahnhof und eine süße kleine Straße. Wir waren gleich nebenan beim Italiener (SignoraB…) essen ( sehr empfehlenswert! Reserviere aber vorher! ) und es war insgesamt ein richtig toller Aufenthalt. Räume waren sehr geräumig, sogar Kühlschrank und Wasser waren vorhanden. Herzlichen Dank an Mario und das Team”

”The property was updated, very clean, absolute perfect location, great views and we couldn't of been happier with the property. The check in process is a bit of a struggle, they don't send you the check in process until you check in with security, then it is a video call with bad connections. It was a bit of overkill.”

”Checking in was a bit strange experience, we didn't get any directions beforehand and our calls / SMS weren't answered. Luckily the building doorman had the keys and he gave instructions. The room was spacious (3 person room), stylish looking, but a bit worn out. The walls looked dirty, all the surfaces (and light switches) were sticky and dusty. But floors and sheets were clean, so despite of looking shabby it was ok. We didn't see any other personnel during our 2 nights visit than the cleaning...

”Zelden zijn we zo gastvrij ontvangen. Geweldig! Deze accommodatie is compleet voor een fijne vakantie. Het personeel is meer dan gastvrij. Je wordt onthaalt met koffie of iets anders. De uitleg wat allemaal kan (alles kan) is erg fijn. In de omgeving is verrassend veel te zien en te beleven, op natuur of cultureel gebied kom je volledig aan je trekken. Kort samen gevat, doen en geniet van de geweldige gastvrijheid! ”

”This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

”Well located. Clean and comfortable. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as is in the middle of the downtown buzz. We had no issues! Bring coins for the elevators if you have big luggage, we didn't have to use it.”

”Kateryna is an excellent host Super helpful and pleasant She took care of any requests or questions we had and made sure we had a very comfortable stay! We will definitely come back here when visiting Italy and special Napoli again !”

”Hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva huone. Ei respaa, parkkipaikka hiukka hankalan matkan päässä, mutta erittäin luotettava. Ohjeista tuli liian monella viestillä, matkalla ei viestejä tule koko ajan luettua (sähköposti). Esim. ensin ohjeessa, että turistivero on jätettävä huoneeseen käteisellä lähtiessä, seuraavaksi oli tullut linkki sen maksamiseen ja lopulta siivooja pyysi minua maksamaan sen heti käteisellä. Sekavaa! Muutoin ihana huone, hyvä sänky, riittävästi säilytystilaa ja tosiaan erinomaisella...
