Welcome to this magnificent country villa in the emblematic mountain village of Fornalutx. It accommodates 6 people.
The exterior area is very nice, surrounded by nature, it featues a chlorine pool of 7 x 4 and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.7, an equipped terrace, a furnished porch and a barbecue.

The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed on the ground floor and two on the floor -1, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the floor -1.

The living room is very cozy, furnished in rustic style. It has two sofas, a TV-Sat, and a bookshelf. In the same space you can find a secondary lounge on a mezzanine. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs. The separate kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is a oil central heating throughout the whole house.

The house is located next to the mountain, where you can make great walks in the nature.
Fornalutx is a small and very charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has only 384 inhabitants, and retains the charm of authentic Mallorca. You can find there some local shops, banks, pharmacy, etc; but for large purchases we recommend you to drive to Soller. If you enjoy hiking and excursions, in the area there are several interesting routes.

If you are looking for tranquility and a paradisiacal place, feel free to visit this town and its surrounding. Soller is only 15 minutes by car. Take a trip with the famous train of Sóller, the oldest train of the island, which takes you from Port de Sóller to Palma, along the cost. During the travel, you can enjoy a magnificent landscape. The capital city, Palma, is just 35 minutes. There you will find a huge tourist offer.
