”This was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our two week road trip. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was very comfy!”

”Very clean, very good atmosphere. We loved looking around at all the pictures in the lobby. We also loved all the decor in the rooms. Great shower pressure. Firm bed but comfy. We didn't find a hair dryer in our room.”

”Overall it was a pleasant stay. The carpet looked like the vacuum did not go over some areas as there was noticeable crumbs/dirt in one area but otherwise very clean. All hotels should get their pillows wherever Holiday Inn Express&Suites gets theirs. These were flat and lumpy. It is also so much better to have a dispenser with liquid soap at bathroom sink v bar soap. Always enjoy when they give you bottled water, they did not, was not recognized as Hilton Member. ”Nice property overall. Wasn’t sure what to expect but middle of corn fields wasn’t it. No elevator was another surprise. So lugging our bags up flight of stairs was tough. We did really enjoy dinner at nearby Hollywood Cafe. It’s quite a dining experience, throw back to another time. Try their Carmel Butter cake, it is awesome!”

”As a Valued Rewards member. I enjoyed my stay. However the only thing I noticed was the housekeeping accidentally forgot to clean my microwave and the elevators needed a touch up cleaning. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will return in a couple days”

”Dirty room, all but 1 restaurant shut down, tons of machines not in service, only 2 tables even open. I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was extremely disappointing. Stayed there multiple times in the past but will not be returning.”

”Everything is fine except the washer and dryer. I spent all day trying to wash and dry one load of clothes and out of $20 just to wash and dry 2 loads”

”Pros, close to the express way, they accept pets, nice staff. Cons, scary neighborhood, while the room was clean they need to replace furniture, microwave and some fixtures. I only stayed here because of my dog, I won't make that mistake again.”

”Very nice hotel. The staff, breakfast and the toddlers loved the pool. The only thing we found wrong was under the beds was items left from the quest before us. We always check under things to make sure we don’t leave anything.”

”We enjoyed everything except the doors being slammed in the middle of the night. I had to wake up at 2 in the morning and go in the hall to let people know others are trying to sleep. The walls are obviously not well insulated for noise control.”

”Non-smoking room smelled of musty smoke. location was sketchy but the one plus is we did not get bed bugs. Stopped here on a cross country drive and after not being able to go to sleep at all, we left before it was even close to daylight. Please drive a bit farther to a better location.”

”The property had debris laying around under the breezeway and in the back of the parking area. The staff was nice. She asked if we wanted to pay $5 more for a renovated bathroom and we said yes. The room was nice looking but the floor had a sticky residue that made a sticking sound with every step. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dirt pushed to the corners and we paid $5 extra! Needless to say, I didn't take my shoes off in the room except for a shower. They did have shampoo,...

I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number. And for some reason they asked multiple times if I had any animals with me despite me saying numerous times that it was just me and my fiancée.
