Newly updated lakefront cabin located in the park like setting of Edgewater Beach Resort on beautiful Lake Taneycomo. You will enjoy an open floor plan and large covered deck with a private hot tub less than 20 feet from lakeshore. Enjoy the provided kayaks, a wide variety of wildlife, and fish from either your front yard or the 3 docks located on the property, or if you have a boat you want to bring we have a private covered dock slip that you can rent for an additional $30.00 per night! Let us know if you are interested and we will make that available for you. There are quiet coves for kayaking or canoeing. Paved biking and walking trails are next door at Empire Park, as well as an 18 hole disc golf course! An extra large crystal clear swimming pool awaits you in the summer. We are only 20 minutes to Branson and the many activities located there!

Wow! We loved this property. The cabin was immaculately clean, great communication with the host and great location. Very nice park right next door where we walked a 5k every day. Easy access to Branson, about 25 minutes from Sight and Sound Theater. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was the best as was the Hosts. Any questions or concerns was answered right away.Lake Taneycomo is a Great Lake and this Cabin was located on a perfect spot. Plenty of room this cabin had along with the best view of the Lake. We rented one day a Pontoon Boat. Only wanted a few hours which we were available to do from Scotty’s Marina. Sean/Shawn helped us and was very helpful and nice. Sorry was not sure on his name spelling.Very peaceful with Dock fishing only steps away. The Hot Tub made for a relaxing soak. We brought our food which the grill made way for Rib Eye's and Burgers. On way home we stopped at Shirley’s and had Breakfast. Was a great breakfast!One night we did a fire in the fire pit, was very nice. Weather was good for us. Did start getting a little chilly but all was good.Would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great peaceful getaway. We went end of October to Beginning of November. Feel was a great time to go for quiet.
Whether in the Living room or sitting at the Kitchen Table, you had a great view!
We arrived on 10/30 and by time we left on 11/6, the Fall Folliage had gotten even more amazing. You have to remember mixed in is also ither trees that do not turn in the Fall. So if think it will be like in the NW, no it has its own beauty-enjoy!

The cabin was very comfortable, clean and easily accessible with the ramp to front door. Hot tub was delightful. The lake provided lively views but was not very enticing for kayaking due to algae growth. No fault of anyone, just one of those things. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The cabin was extremely comfy, cozy, clean, beautiful and much larger than expected. A lot of attention to detail, plenty of blankets, towels, a well stocked kitchen, a writing desk, tons of games, we loved the recliners and there was ample seating on the beautiful deck (that has ceiling fans- great for heat and keeping bugs at bay). The hot tub under the stars was a definite plus! We didn't use the kayaks but I thought that was very kind of the owners to provide these. Owner communication was outstanding! Favorite part: sitting on the deck listening to nature and the fish jumping in the lake. The area is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees. The cabin is at the end of the subdivision so you hear no traffic, it is like you are in your own little world. Bonus: Location! The park next door (Empire Park) is fantastic. There are trails, fishing, disc golf and a playground that leads to the Taneycomo dam, which is great fishing. This then runs into a 5 mile Nature Trail that ends up in yet another park (Shadow Park.). So many opportunities for being outside. I would have given this cabin 10 stars if possible! We are already planning to come back next year. This cabin is your own little slice of paradise!

Very nice 2 bd 2 bath cabin sitting right in the water. The master bedroom is extremely comfy!! The only con we found had nothing to do with the cabin itself. The docks weren’t handicap friendly and the water right at the cabin had too much duckweed to fish. That has nothing to do with the host or cabin. Just saying in case you’re considering for ADA friendly fishing which is hard to find anywhere.. If you are able bodied and have or rent a boat this is a perfect spot. Per the host’ suggestion the park right next door offered ADA fishing so that all worked out. So quiet area. The cabin was clean and homey. Perfectly appointed cabin with a beautiful deck to just sit and stare across the water. This host and cabin rank tops in our books.

Perfect Getaway to Relax and Fish

We were looking for a quiet spot that was on the water to unwind and do some fishing. This was the perfect spot to do that! The cabin was clean and cozy, but still enough space for me, my husband and 2 teenage boys. The boys enjoyed the kayaks and opportunities to fish. I enjoyed the quiet morning view from the deck to sip coffee and read.

Beautiful cabin with beautiful views!!

I could go on for days about how amazing our stay at this cabin was. It was super clean and had everything you would need to cook with and to make your stay comfortable. The view was incredible and we saw squirrels, ducks, geese, and turtles right off the front deck every morning! The host was wonderful with communication and so kind! Wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for our Thanksgiving Getaway

We decided to get away from the city since we didn’t have Thanksgiving plans. This was a perfect spot with a beautiful lake view. The cabin is charming, comfy and clean. It was chilly over Thanksgiving so we enjoyed the hot tub and our boys braved the chill and took the kayaks out. Fishing isn’t great from this spot, but there are other spots very close by for better fishing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to make our big meal!

Fantastic

This cabin was just as pictured only better. Very clean and organized. Only suggestion would be nightlights in both bathrooms and new skillets for cooking. Weather was totally against us so we were not about to fish or kayak and this was a damper but a far as the cabin we could not have had a better one. We will be back

Relaxing Getaway

My hubby and I were looking for a place on the water to relax and fish and this went above and beyond our hopes and expectations! First of all, the owners were so sweet, friendly, very helpful and extremely responsive and communicative! Secondly, the house was super clean! The hot tub was very nice and they provided everything we possibly could need! We couldn’t have found a more perfect place!

We booked this cabin for the weekend for a mom’s getaway! The cabin was perfect! Clean, well stocked, and a great location next to the water! We loved soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the views off the back deck! It was the perfect spot for our getaway!

Wonderfully, clean and cozy cabin

We really enjoyed the cabin & appreciated the cleanliness & amenities! The owners even gave suggestions to local restaurants! We even enjoyed the kayaks and took them out on the lake in December! The coffee pots & keurig were fabulous, the tv's were great, the stove was clean & hot water pressure in the showers were perfect. We appreciated there were some christmas decor. The hot tub is clean & easy access. I appreciated the handles & safety measures getting in and out! Truly we had a fabulous time and the cabin was wonderful!
