”rooms are very dated, this place either needs to be torn down and rebuilt or given a major overhaul. no clock in room, which maybe normal these days. Staff was nice enough. pool actually looked nice, wouldn't even consider getting in the sauna there were used towels laying all over the place. ”This visit was awful. I had my flight cancelled late at night and booked this hotel under the notion (because it was listed on their website) that they had a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport. Well, they don’t, which I realized after waiting outside for over half an hour and trying to call the property 15 different times just to have nobody answer. So, had to pay for an Uber to drive me just to find out the power was out in the building (which would have been nice to know before I booked it...

”Everything in the room was either missing or broken and had a layer of filth on it. I am afraid to question what the stain on the sheets was. The bottom of the bathtub is breading. I tried to phone the front desk to no avail and had to go down just to get the wifi password. ”

”We had a rough start, our first room didn’t have any towels and there were dirty towels in the bath tub this was fixed by giving us a different room. Our second room didn’t have a shower curtain, but that was fixed when we extended our stay. On the first night someone (I believe from the front desk) tried to enter our room because our paperwork wasn’t updated when they switched our room. I received a parking warning because there wasn’t a single available spot to park in. Even the employees were...

”There were plenty of spaces to park but people smoking pot and cigarettes were gathered outside the door. The smell was awful and I didn’t feel safe. Hallways and common areas were not clean. The room was decent so we stayed but will not return. ”

”My socks were really dirty from the floor in my room and the dresser in my room had a drawer that was struck open so you had to walk around it. ”

”Staff was very rude the place was not clean. The room door was so hard to close making unpleasant noise. The wall between my room and the next door room had no sound protection and the other guests conversations were clearly heard plus their TV. I couldn’t sleep the whole night will never gonna stay there again.”
