”Great hotel. Even though one elevator was out of order, everyone made it work and the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast too. Rooms are large with great seating areas.”

”Horrible horrible horrible experience. We switched room three times because of bugs in sink/shower/cups, mold, dead bugs in bed. Doors do not fully close. No breakfast was really available, they only offered coffee, water and tea. No extra towels available. And construction being done next door and their start time was 6am. Front desk was rude and unable to do anything. Also hidden fees once we arrived and an extra $200 deposit requested to check in.”

”The place is for long term. Lots of drug abusers loitering around. I must have missed extended stay. You have to take your own trash out. Smelled like lab work. Slept fully clothed. Never, ever, ever again. Would love to have money back.”

”Parking was plentiful and convenient. Breakfast was OK. But customer service, especially at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. In particular, we showed up at almost 1700 for our reserved room. Check-in time was 1500, but we were informed that our room was not yet ready. So, we had to wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes or so before our room was ready. Certainly not something I've ever experienced at other Holiday Inns.”

Déception dès l'arrivée, les 2 lits ne semblent pas avoir été faits ou ont été bâclés. Les oreillers sont disposés n'importe comment et les draps sont un peu plissés, ce qui génère un doute sur le fait que les draps de lit aient été changés dans un des lits au moins. Il y a des serviettes pour 2 et non pour 4. Il n'y a pas de tapis de sol. Suite à une réclamation à l'accueil, on me...
