BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked this hotel from my dad after he had delays in his flight. I booked it through Expedia and reserved a room with 2 Queen beds for my dad and his friend. Upon arrival, they found out that the hotel was overbooked, and they were going to have to share a room with one queen bed. The lady at the front was able to move them to a different room with two double beds that a different guest refused. Now we know why. The new room they were moved to was dirty, had no TV that worked, No electrical outlets that worked except for the one in the bathroom, had a broken toilet, had a sink that would back up, had dirty bed covers and an air conditioning that would not cool the room.
According to my dad, the only thing that was okay in the room were the clean sheets on the bed. There are also bugs in the bathroom that were crawling around the toilet seal. Due to no other hotels being available in the Fort Collins area and my dad not wanting to backtrack towards Denver they stayed at the hotel and were able to get a few hours of sleep. The next morning they went down to breakfast, which had a few things available, except for there, was no bread for toast, and the two front desk girls were more interested in talking to each other and being on their phones than making coffee for their guests and restocking need breakfast items, so they left. On top of it all, the hotel has not acknowledged that a refund for this terrible room. Is being requested. BEWARE!
