Quiet hours are strictly at 10 pm. Police may be called on noise complaints. Any loud noise complaints past 10 will result in a $100 fine.
Pets are allowed but must follow quiet hours, failure will result in noise complaint fine. Pets must be cleaned up after in the house and side yard.
The rooftop deck will be closed at 10 pm. This is an HOA rule and will result in a $50 fine if broken.

Rowan’s house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. We were in town for a wedding and stayed with two other couples here. It was in a great location and easy to get to Old Town. The rooftop deck was awesome for sunrise and sunset.

A wonderful 6 day family retreat in Ft. Collins for our son's wedding at Tapestry House in Laporte (just 11 miles away). The home was exactly as described... and more. Rowan, our host, was fabulous. Very quick to respond to questions, and helpful in finding what we needed around town and in the dwelling. She covered all the bases from kitchen/laundry supplies, to linens/towels, to personal grooming and hygiene items. And a collection of books and games to delight readers and board gamers of all ages! It was perfect for 3 couples in bedrooms; two teens slept on mattresses on the floor. Our ages ranged from 16 to 78 and everyone easily found their comfort zones. It was walkable to La Poudre Waterfront trail and nearby Ft C coffee bistros for those of us wanting exercise and exploration. The upper outer deck provided beautiful scenery and a cozy nook in which to socialize in this quiet neighborhood. We definitely recommend this for a FOCO stay.

Perfect Family Getaway with Amazing Rooftop Deck and Thoughtful Touches

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful home in Ft. Collins. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, but close to everything we wanted to explore in town and the mountains. The rooftop deck was a favorite spot for relaxing, and the house itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with books and games that made our evenings together even more special. We appreciated having plenty of bedroom space, a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities that worked without a hitch.The host was outstanding—super responsive and helpful over several months as we planned our trip. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and the printed info left in a binder for us at the house helped everything go smoothly.Ft. Collins was such a fun area to explore, and this home made the perfect base for hiking, biking, and quality family time. I’d highly recommend it for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to relax and reconnect.The shower floor was a little slippery, so we bought and left a non-slip mat to make it safer.

Great location and lhome

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed all the house offered. An amazing library and plenty of games. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the whitewater park that was an easy walk. We also took walks and saw prairie dogs. Would stay again ins heartbeat.

Sisters getaway

There were five sisters ranging in age from 60 to 75. The stairs were tough, but the place was so gorgeous that we took it in stride we especially enjoyed the rooftop.

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our home away from home stay! The property is very clean, and the square footage allows for nice size bedrooms and gathering space for meals. Quiet, but close to everything

Great, clean home! It's close to shopping, restaurants and breweries, but extremely quiet. You can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the rooftop with the mountains as a backdrop and it's very serene. Everything was in working order and ready for us when we got there. The host was great to communicate with. It wasn't an issue for us, but this property would not be suited for renters with physical issues that make stairs difficult. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Glacier Stay

This property is one of the best I have ever been blessed to be able to share! It is beautiful and Melissa has thought of absolutely everything. The kitchen is well equipped to cook simple or elaborate meals (stocked very well with quality cookware!). The entire home is organized and stocked to make your feel like you're at home (or even better!). It is also a perfect location to explore from Whitefish to the Northfork area, West Glacier, the GTTSR and more! It was sImply perfect!!

Fabulous FOCO Family Reunion

This Fort Collins property was our home away from home for a week. The location near Old Town could not be beat. The rooftop mountain views were beautiful. Every detail was perfect- modern decor, comfortable beds, updated appliances and kitchenware to name a few. Our dogs loved the enclosed side yard. Rowan was an amazing g host- quick to communicate and had a detailed house manual and easy check-out. Would totally stay again!

Ft Collins Stay

This property is in a great location and an ideal size for a family of four. The layout of the house was fantastic. It was mostly clean….the carpet was a bit dirty and had some stains on it. I loved the quality toilet paper and paper towels and plenty of supply….just a nice little touch. There could have been a bit more mixing bowls in the kitchen and the master shower head was pretty weak for getting shampoo out….but those are just minor things. The owner was responsive as we had a code issue getting in and got a quick response. Lovely stay and I would stay again. Recommend overall.

Comfy Location

Great location near old town and CSU. Close to everything! Decor is clean and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable! Love the fireplace! Owner easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again upon returning to Fort Collins!

Cozy and spacious

From check in to check out….this place was amazing! This was an great experience for us and our family:) We came to stay and set our daughter up in her new apartment for college. The home was beautifully detailed from top to bottom. Rowan even had a fireplace and a decorated Christmas tree to mark the holidays! We spent NYE on the lit rooftop with the mountains in the background🥰 Rowan was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had! We will definitely stay here again….plenty of room and the master bedroom was large with 2 extra bedrooms for kids and or adults. Thank you for a great experience:) FOCO is beautiful!

Wonderful Christmas home

We loved our stay in Fort Collins. The home couldn’t have been nicer or better equipped. We hosted several dinners for 10+people, and had adequate dishes, silverware, beautiful wine glasses, etc. We had enough pots and pans to cook Christmas Eve soup and a Christmas day roast! Rowan asked if we wanted a Christmas tree, and decorated the tree and house beautifully in a winter deer theme, which we ALL loved! The beds were SO comfortable and luxurious, as were all the bathroom products and hand soap and scents. It was all just a perfect place to stay for the holidays and we look forward to coming back!

Ideal Fort Collins home

An awesome modern home in Fort Collins near downtown. Sleeps up to 8 with an open kitchen/dining and living room perfect for entertaining, conversation and game playing. The home is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with great accommodations such as corn hole, roof top deck and well-equipped kitchen. Close to a wonderful hiking trail along the river. We'll be back for a longer stay next time.
